Our US customer orders are being serviced via our DC in New Jersey.
We strive to process and ship orders within 24 hours of order receipt. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (EST) will normally be fulfilled and dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Orders received after 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, will be processed for dispatch the following Monday.

Returns
You have 28 days from receiving your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed. Visit our Return portal to start your return.
You may request a return and shipping label directly through our Returns Portal.
A return shipping fee will apply and will be displayed during the online return request process before your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is issued.
In these cases, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Once received, returns are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Yes — you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
To do so, simply visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts to select the item you’d like to exchange. You’ll be able to choose your preferred replacement product during the process.
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
- A return shipping fee may apply, which will be displayed during your request.
Once your return is received and approved, your replacement will be shipped automatically.
If you’ve experienced a reaction after using one of our products, please complete our Consumer Skin Reaction Claim Form.
This allows our team, together with our Regulatory and Product Development departments, to review your experience in detail and provide the right guidance.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label so the product can be returned at no cost to you. We’ll then process a refund or replacement depending on the outcome of the review.
If you believe your product is faulty, please submit a return request through our Returns Portal.
Select “Faulty item” as your return reason and provide a brief description (and photos, if possible) so our team can review it.
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label at no cost. The faulty item will then be inspected by our product team before a replacement or refund is processed.
